New Clients
Contact & Scheduling
Interested in becoming a new client? Start by clicking the button above to complete an initial interest form! We’ll continue our conversation about availability and fit via a HIPAA-compliant client portal.
For other inquiries or questions, please reach out to me via email, if possible. Because of my schedule, answering and responding to phone calls is much more challenging, and can take a lot longer for me.
If you happen to reach out to me during a time when I am not able to take on new clients, I am still happy to give you some ideas for other therapists or practices to look into! Other resources you can access to help you find a therapist include, but are not limited to some of the following:
The Ohio State University’s Community Provider Database (this resource is accessible to the public, you do not have to be an OSU student to use it)
EMDR International Association Therapist Directory
Neurodiversity “Unmasking” Coaching (this is a coaching resource, NOT a therapy resource)
Finding the Right Fit
The fit between the client and therapist is the most important part of the entire therapeutic process. This site details some question areas you might have for a potential new therapist. Therapist identities (like race, age, or gender) may also be important to you. As you’re working with a therapist, the feeling of whether you are noticing change and progress can also be an indication of fit, so the conversation should be ongoing.
Payment & Fees
Please see “Mental Health Counseling” under the “Services” section for a list of in-network insurances and session rates.
