Mental Health Counseling

Individual counseling sessions are typically 50-60 minutes in length, scheduled on a weekly basis or at longer intervals.  I provide in-person and telehealth services.

Insurance

I am currently in-network with:

• CareSource Just4Me (insurance exchange/marketplace plans, not Medicaid)

• Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Medical Mutual

• Optum

• UMR

• United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health

There are a variety of plans offered by each of these insurance carriers, and it is your responsibility to verify that I am covered by your specific insurance plan and that you secure any referrals or prior authorizations needed before beginning services.

Fees

If you are using an insurance plan I am in-network with, what you pay for services will depend on that plan. If you are using out-of-network benefits, I will supply you with a super-bill to submit for reimbursement through your insurance company. If you are not using insurance, my full fee for self-pay individual counseling services is $200 for initial assessment and $160 per ongoing counseling session.
